By using the site after such changes, you are agreeing to follow and be bound by the terms as stipulated. Reams Family Foods, Inc, nor any party involved in the creation or production of this Site is liable or responsible for any damages arising from your access to or use of this Site.

Additionally, Reams Family Foods, Inc assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access, use or browsing of this Site or the downloading of any data, images, materials, text or audio/video from the Site.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Information verification may be required prior to acceptance of any order. Reams Family Foods, Inc may choose to limit order quantities on any item and/or refuse service to any customer without prior notification. While errors will be corrected upon discovery, prices and availability of products on the Site may change without notice. Reams Family Foods Inc reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions even after an order has been submitted.

PAYMENT

Payment for all product is due before product leaves our facility. Payment for orders being shipped will be by credit card only. Payment

for orders picked up in our store can be paid with credit card or cash. We require a credit card to place all orders for either shipping or in store pickup.

In some instances we require advance order for certain limited supply items, such as fresh turkey at Thanksgiving. If you fail to cancel one of these orders prior to the pre-determined cancelation deadline you may be charged for the item.
