Bratwurst is of German origin and the term Bratwurst literally means Fry Sausage. Bratwurst can be made of various proteins, pork being the most popular. 
The recipe for our bratwurst is a decades-old family recipe using fresh locally raised duroc pork, quality spices and natural hog casings. When all our ingredients are combined, we believe it is one of the best bratwurst sausages on either side of the Mississippi, heck either side of the Atlantic, as our bratwurst has won many state, national and International Gold Medals from the German Butchers Association.
