Our Summer Sausages are made using full muscle cuts from locally raised Black Angus beef. Carefully cut and hand trimmed, the beef is then coarsely ground and seasoned with our award winning spice blends for a perfect balance of flavors. Because of the beef we use and old world processing techniques our Summer Sausage has a nice firm bite and won’t leave a greasy film on the roof of your mouth.
We have 7 flavors to choose from. All Summer Sausage is vacuum sealed in easy open packages. Refrigeration is not required until you open the package.
