Whole pork loin average weight is 21 lbs. Weight will vary with each loin.

Included in price is cutting of bone in pork chops, sirloin pork roast, and country style pork ribs. Each loin will yield approximatly 20 chops (cut 3/4″) 3 pound sirloin roast and 3-4 pounds country style ribs.
