Prime Rib Roasts

This can be confusing as USDA has a grade Prime but a rib roast is also known as a Prime Rib Roast regardless of the official USDA grade of the beef. We always sell USDA Choice grade beef unless otherwise noted.

We age our beef a minimum of 21 days for increased tenderness and flavor.

We will cut the bone off and tie it back on to the roast. This makes the carving so much easier for you at home!
