Each July, we contract with Ferndale Farms to grow a limited number of turkeys for sale at our store. We inform them how many of each size we will buy. They do the best they can to grow turkeys to our size requests; however, mother nature plays a huge part in this. Due to natural elements beyond any man-made controls, sometimes turkeys do not grow to desired weight ranges or they grow faster than anticipated and grow right past a weight range. Rest assured, if you order a turkey, we will do our best to have one in the weight range you request.
