5 Ways To Cook RJ’s Meats Triple B Patty

Our Triple B Patty is a lean, mean flavor machine, with three times the flavor that any burger will ever give ya! Now, you might be thinking, there’s now way that our Triple B Patty could taste any better – but it can. The way you choose to cook your meat will influence the flavor of the end product. There’s a big difference between boiling meat and grilling it. So, here are 5 fantastic ways that you can cook up our delicious Triple B Patty to wow your tastebuds.

1. Grill it

Grilling our Triple B patty is a no brainer. There are a few techniques you can use to elevate the flavor of the meat when grilling. First, if you add a slight ½-inch thick dimple into the center of each burger patty, it can prevent it from puffing up during grilling. Next, you’ll want to consider gas vs. charcoal grilling, which will affect the flavor. Because charcoal makes more smoke, you’ll have a more complex tasting burger. But, if you want more of that BBQ taste, go with gas grilling your burger. Lastly but not least, the ideal grilling temperature is 400 to 450ºF!

2. Broil it

Broiling our Triple B patty is another cooking method that you can pursue. Just because you don’t have a grill doesn’t mean you can’t get just as much flavor! Broiling is quite simple, and takes around 10 minutes to achieve the perfect burger. When broiling burgers in the oven, you’ll need to cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side (so a total of 8 minutes).

3. Pan-fry it

Stove-top burgers are a traditional American classic, and this method of cooking will bring even more flavor to your Triple B patty. What you’re looking for here is A quick sear in a hot skillet to ensure a golden-brown crust with a juicy center. Cast iron skillets work best, and you’ll want to cook your patty until a deep golden crust forms, for about 3 minutes on each side. Feel free to experiment with grass fed butter, olive oil, or another oily base to give your Triple B patty a unique characteristic flavor.

4. Steam it

You can steam a burger? Why, yes, of course. Steaming is a great way to cut out oils and fats (for our calorie conscious folks), without compromising flavor. One of the easiest ways to cook our Triple B patty via steaming is in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. All you need to do is bring 4 cups of water to a boil in the oven, place those delicious patties in a steamer basket inside the oven, give it around 8 minutes, and it’s ready!

5. Deep Fry-it

Last but not least, our Triple B Patty can also be deep fried! The easiest way to do this is to toss your burger patty into some flour, rub it in an egg base, and then sprinkle on your favorite breadcrumbs. After it’s all put together, let the Triple B patty sit for a bit to soak in the batter. Then all you need to do is deep fry it at around 365°F for 4-5 minutes or until the color looks golden brown! And there you have it – a deep fried Triple B Patty.
