- (5-6 pounds) Rolled Rib Roast
- (2 Tablespoons) Kosher Salt
- (2) Garlic Cloves, minced
- (1 teaspoon) Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°f. Place Roast in a Roasting Pan on a rack. Season with salt, pepper and garlic
Place roast into the oven and cook for 45 minutes then turn off oven and allow roast to sit in oven for at least 2 hours without opening door.
1 hour before serving turn oven on to 350°f and roast for 45 minutes. Remove Rib Roast from oven and allow to rest 15 minutes before carving.
