Crispy Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Crispy Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Panko Bread Crumb
  • 1/2 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Place egg in another shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in another bowl.
  • Cut tenderloin crosswise into 4 slices; drape a sheet of plastic wrap over the slices and pound flat with a mallet to roughly ¼” thickness. Remove plastic wrap. Coat slices in flour mixture, shake off excess. Dip slices in egg, then in the crumb and cheese mixture.
  • Place a large skillet with oil over medium heat. Cook pork 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and drain on a cooling rack over paper towels. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
