Our Snack Sticks are made using full muscle cuts from locally raised Black Angus beef. Carefully cut and hand trimmed, the beef is then coarsly ground and seasoned with our award winning spice blends for a perfect balance of flavors. Because of the beef we use and old world processing techniques our snack sticks have a nice firm bite that won't leaving a greasy film on the roof of your mouth. 
We have 11 varities to choose from. Snack sticks are vacuum sealed in easy open packages, 6 snack sticks per package. Refrigeration is not required until you open the package.
