Our hams have won over 50 awards for quality and flavor from state and national cured meats competitions including the prestigious "Best of Show" from the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors and the American Association of Meat Processors. Our hams been awarded numerous Gold Medals for quality from the German Butchers Quality Competition.
All hams are fully cooked so you just need to reheat them in a 325 ° degree oven for 15 minutes per pound.
Spiral sliced hams can warmed in a 275° oven on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Be sure and put a small amount of water in the dish and bake for 8-10 minutes per pound. Overheating will cause the ham to dry out and lose flavor and tenderness.
